Terrorism
Just a few days after Flight MH-370 had disappeared it was brought to the public's attention that two men had boarded the aircraft with stolen passports. The media and many others jumped to the conclusion that the aircraft had been hijacked by terrorists. Even the Prime Minister of Malaysia, announced a week after the aircraft had gone missing, that it was "deliberately hijacked".nelostthat lisbasb bbbbb, TI
Stolen passports Motives
The two men were identified as Pouri
Nour Mohammadi, 18, and Delavar Seyed Mohammad Reza, 29 (pictured above.) Apparently Pouri and Delavar stole these passports to illegally immigrate to Europe, in hopes to find a job. It has become unbelievably easy to steal or alter passports and this allows criminals and terrorists to keep a low profile. They are being sold on the Black Market in Southeast Asia and have already been used during past terrorist attacks such as the 1993 World Trade Center bombing and during 9/11. Interpol, the database that has the listings of all lost or stolen passports, has over 40 million passports listed on it. Several countries neglect the database, allowing anyone to get on an airplane |
At first the motives for these two Iranian men weren't very clear but, after some digging was done a very likely one was dug up. On September 28, 2013 the leader of Malaysia had released a very controversial statement during his UN address. He said "I believe that peace-loving Muslims-the overwhelming majority of Muslims-should unite against the extremists who use our religions as an excuse to commit violence," this could have pushed these two men to commit an act of violence towards Malaysia. It wouldn't take much for someone to feel attacked by the Malaysian Leader, but we are still unsure about so much.

convincing evidence the pilot and co-pilot

The pilot, Capt. Zaharie Ahmad Shah, has also become a person of interest. He was investigated along with all of the other passengers and at first nothing suspicious had surfaced. New information was found that showed his relation to the head of the Muslim Brotherhood in Malaysia, Anwar Ibrahim, who is known to have terrorist connections. Not only does the pilot have some relation with a terrorist but investigators also found that a large number of files were deleted from the pilots flight simulator. The information that is being discovered is allowing many to point the finger at the pilot.
The first officer, Fariq Abdul Hamid, is another person of interest. Once the search started investigators discovered that Fariq had his cellphone on during while in the cockpit. About 30mins after authorities said the plane veered off to the West, the first officers cellphone was searching for service and picked up from a cell tower. This helped officials reaffirm that the aircraft did make that turn to the West and that it was low enough to get service from a cell tower. All pilots and co-pilots are aware that their cellphones are supposed to be turned off before take off. Even though all the phone records were searched through and no phone calls were made, this is still raising a lot of questions. This video gives a little more disturbing news on the Pilot and Co-Pilot of Flight MH-370.
